School Year Information at a Glance…

The Giving Tree school year runs from late August to mid-June, typically 184 days. We also offer a 5-week summer program.

Weekly Schedules

Giving Tree offers three standard schedules:

  • 5 days / Mon-Fri

  • Mon/Wed/Fri

  • Tues/Thurs

Due to capacity limitations, we are not able to offer variations to these schedules (cannot combine days).

Arrival / Departure Times

8:30 - 8:45: Regular Day Begins

12:30: Half-day students depart after lunch

3:45 - 4:00: Full-day students depart

Early care is available from 8:00 - 8:30am for an additional fee.

Deposit & Tuition Payment Schedule

There are 11 payments for the school year. The first payment is the deposit, due upon signing of the tuition contract prior to the school year start. The deposit is non-refundable once submitted.

The remaining 10 payments are due in the first week of each month, September through June.

Summer Care

Families who enroll their children for the school year receive priority access to our summer program registration. The summer program runs for 5 weeks, typically beginning the week after July 4th and running through the first week of August each year.
