Summer 2025 Registration Form

Summer sessions are week-by-week enrollment, full day 8:30-4 only. Half-days and extended care will not be offered during the summer.

Summer program enrollment is 5 days per week and is open to all children 2.9 - 5.
The summer day runs from 8:30am-4pm. Lunches and snacks are packed from home.
The 2025 rate is $440/week.
A $100 non-refundable deposit, due upon registration, will hold your child’s spot in the summer program. The full balance is due by May 1st, 2025.
Merrilee and Lily Kane, our Giving Tree Lead Teachers, will be leading the summer program.

Payment Options:

Online payment is available (we will invoice you via email once your registration is confirmed). You may also send a check to: Giving Tree School Summer Program, 3 Wood Ave, Gill, MA 01354.

Any changes or reductions in summer enrollment will be on a space-available basis and must be made before May 1st, 2025 - no refunds will be given after that date.

Next steps: 1. Confirm your registration and hold your child's spot by submitting the $100 non-refundable deposit. 2. Summer balances are due in full by 5/1/25. 3. We will be sending all registrants more detailed admission forms to help us get to know your child and family. 3. We require that all attendees have the following medicals records on file with us: Most recent physical exams (within the last 12 months), immunization records, and (when applicable) documentation of individual health care plans, allergies, and any chronic health conditions.
